Lockheed Race Discrimination

M&S and co-counsel represent several Black professionals who experienced race discrimination while working for Lockheed Martin. In late 2016, our clients filed a class action lawsuit in the District Court for the District of Columbia alleging that Lockheed Martin’s workplace policies discriminated against African American salaried employees. Our clients claim that Lockheed Martin’s performance appraisal system discriminates against African American salaried employees and that they are harmed in pay adjustments, promotions, and termination decisions as a result of receiving lower ratings on those performance appraisals.
