XPO Logistics Sexual Harassment & Retaliation

M&S attorneys represent Lakiesha Nelson, a former employee who voiced her concerns about sexual harassment and unsafe working conditions for pregnant workers at an XPO-Verizon facility in Memphis, Tennessee. Ms. Nelson has filed a charge with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, alleging unlawful termination and retaliation. Ms. Nelson alleges that XPO retaliated against employees who spoke out against sexual harassment and pregnancy discrimination by closing the facility where Ms. Nelson and others worked. With this legal action, Ms. Nelson is fighting for justice, and to send a message to other companies who utilize draconian measures to intimidate their employees from speaking against injustice.
