C.U. Employment — FLSA

In 2012, M&S, along with co-counsel, filed suit on behalf of current and former Technicians of C.U. Employment, Inc. (CUI) in the D.C. metropolitan area who had not been paid proper minimum wage and overtime since 2009 in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act. In 2014, the Court approved a settlement of $470,000, to the benefit of approximately 100 CUI technicians.
