Mehri & Skalet is proud to share our 2025 Year in Review a year defined by courage, creativity, and hard-fought victories. From recovering $76 million for our clients in settlements to defending whistleblowers and civil servants, 2025 demanded creative solutions and extraordinary courage from our clients in the pursuit of justice.

Throughout the year, we advanced groundbreaking litigation, amplified our clients’ stories through the media, launched our Mentoring & Solidarity series, expanded our partnerships with Working IDEAL and the Iranian American Legal Defense Fund, and welcomed exceptional new talent to the firm, including Anmol Chowdhary, Britt Dillman, and Dee Um.

As co-founder Cyrus Mehri and managing partner Ellen Eardley reflect in their annual letter, 2025 reaffirmed a core truth: justice is an active verb. It is defended, amplified, and reclaimed through collective action. At a time marked by attacks on civil servants, whistleblowers, diversity, and democratic norms, we stood with those resisting retaliation and abuses of power.
